Felt and wool, as being a company associated with felt wool products is fully reliable in terms of shipping. Some of the details regarding our shipping policy that you may be interested in are listed below:

There could be sometime delay in the estimated delivery time of the product depending on the courier company like DHL, FedEx and so on. In the same way, we are out of control over on-hold shipment and shipment time by the courier company. 

Generally the delivery time is also based on the availability of the product ordered. If there is enough of the product in our warehouse as per your order, your shipment comparatively takes less time rather than the huge orders or the orders for new designs.

-Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customers as per the conditions of Felt and wool.

-Methods:

Shipping methods include the shipment by the means of:

1. i) Air 
2. ii) Ocean

iii) Truckload

    Comparatively, by air is fast but expensive in comparison to other means like ocean as they are slow but cheaper means. Felt and wool provides you the door to door service regarding the delivery of the products ordered.

Our shipment method is based as per the choice made by the customers.

It will completely be the responsibility of Felt and wool if you find the products damaged or not as per your order after the shipment.

Coming towards the payment, it should be cleared before shipment. 50% should be paid on order and 50% after the production before shipment.
